APPG for Access to Disability Equipment inviting survey responses 

The All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Access to Disability Equipment is looking for participants for a short survey about barriers to accessing community care disability equipment. 

The survey is open to individuals, families, carers, and professionals, including anyone with personal or professional experience of dementia who has found accessing disability equipment difficult. The findings will influence policy recommendations aimed at improving access, equity, and outcomes across the UK.
