Birthday kiss: Love Island fan Marion Cleak, who lives at Brownscombe Care Residences in Surrey, found herself starring in her own version of the hit TV show.  Staff arranged a Love Island themed 75th birthday party, including service of drinks and nibbles by a well-toned “butler in the buff”.  “That was a very cheeky surprise from the staff, but it made my day so memorable,” Marion said.
