FIND ME Study looking for survey respondents who work on mental health wards for people with dementia

Researchers from the FIND ME (Family Interventions In Dementia Mental Health Environments) Study are conducting a survey with staff who work on mental health wards that care for people with dementia. Their aim is to understand how wards currently work with family carers and to provide recommendations and resources for ward staff and carers.

The survey is for NHS mental health wards and those being run by private providers. Where a trust or provider has more than one ward for people with dementia they are being asked to complete a survey per ward.

You can find the survey here: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=NjetLTo1YU2qzon47J2OvI7TIO_czyRKp89xuN7ZXVpUQkNXVDg3MFFEWDZQS0kyNzM3TVM3T1JPWiQlQCN0PWcu&origin=QRCode
