DCC publish briefing for the Casey Commission and invite feedback on dementia care coordinators

Dementia Carers Count (DCC) has published a briefing and recommendations that they’ve shared with the Casey Commission.

The briefing and recommendations have been informed by what unpaid/family dementia carers have told DCC would make the most difference to their ability to cope and their capacity to care.

Read the briefing and recommendations here: https://dementiacarers.org.uk/content/uploads/2025/07/What-if.-This-could-be-dementia-care-DCC-briefing-to-the-Casey-Commission.pdf

The role of dementia care coordinators features prominently in the briefing and recommendations, and Dementia Carers Count would like to gather the views of unpaid/family dementia carers on this role.
