Care home residents’ favourite recipes are contained in a new book called Nellsar Care and Cookery, which has been published online as a “celebration of person-centred catering, nutritional support and seasonal recipes” (see photo). The cookbook is a collection of 28 recipes favoured by residents at the family run care group Nellsar, based in the south of England. Among the authors is Cosmin Cirstea, head chef at the Princess Christian Care Centre in Woking, who said that the cookbook “embodies everything Nellsar stands for in terms of nutrition.”
