Healthwatch publish their Annual Report and principles for obtaining feedback on health and care services in the future
Healthwatch, the independent organisation for gathering feedback from users of health and social care services in England, has published their 2024-2025 report entitled ‘Speaking up for better care’.
The report focuses on the importance of listening to people’s health and care
experiences and giving them a voice. It includes the experiences of people who’ve accessed health and social care services and ways in which Healthwatch has acted on the information it’s obtained.
