Older People’s Commissioner for Wales seeking feedback on experiences of applying for NHS Continuing Healthcare
The Older People’s Commissioner for Wales wants to hear from older people and their families in Wales about their experiences of applying for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and the outcomes.
Participation can be via phone, online conversation or from filling in a questionnaire. You can choose how much or how little you would like to share, and anything included in reports to the Welsh Government will be anonymised.
