Fiona Lowe, a third-year trainee from the University of Liverpool who is undertaking a Clinical Psychology doctorate, is conducting a research project around the experience of receiving a diagnosis of dementia before the age of 65 and accessing care for individuals with young onset dementia (YOD) from ethnic minorities.
Fiona would like to hear from you if you’ve received a diagnosis of YOD and are from an ethnic minority background, or are an unpaid carer for a person who has received a diagnosis of YOD and is from an ethnic minority background (carers do not have to be from an ethnic minority background themselves to take part in this study).
