‘Plants not pressure’ – A new campaign from Thrive

Gardening for health charity, Thrive, has launched a new campaign to support Men’s Health Week 2024.

Through the ‘Plants not Pressure’ campaign, Thrive are promoting gardening and green spaces as being beneficial to men’s physical and mental strength. This view has been backed by studies that show gardening and time in nature can have a significant role in keeping individuals emotionally, psychologically and physically healthy.
