Professionals working in post-diagnostic dementia support urged to use reablement Policy Brief
Anyone working in post-diagnostic dementia support is being urged to use a Policy Brief entitled ‘Reablement: meeting the challenges facing dementia services’.
The Policy Brief addresses key issues relating to implementing and accessing reablement in dementia care, and comes from collaborative work from numerous organisations worldwide.
