The Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) has produced a toolkit, funded by the Department for Health and Social Care, to support local areas in thinking about and creating plans for housing older adults.
The Toolkit is broken down into ten steps, with a business case template at the end, and is freely downloadable.
