Young Dementia Network looking for survey participants 

The Young Dementia Network has launched a survey to review the Network’s progress and develop the next Network strategy which will set out what the Young Dementia Network want to achieve from now until 2028. 

The survey is anonymous and will take around 15 minutes to complete. You can participate here: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/youngdementianetworksurvey2025/. The survey closes on Friday 21st February 2025.
