Nightingale Hammerson launch free digital platform to support people living at home 

Nightingale Hammerson has launched ‘Reach’, a free digital platform designed to give individuals and their carers advice for ageing well at home.  

Reach offers a resource library with videos, checklists and guides on topics like mobility, sleep, nutrition, dementia support, hearing care, funding, and more. The short videos provide practical demonstrations like ‘getting in and out of a chair’ or ‘tips for good communication’.
