The Together Project has launched a new film that talks about the work they do to combat loneliness. The Together Project run a variety of initiatives that connect generations in care homes, retirement schemes, community spaces, libraries and letterboxes through their two high-profile programmes: ‘Songs and Smiles’ and ‘Crafting Connections’.
